
One of the more rewarding projects I help bring to life, S.H.E. is the Search Human Equalizer. Search engines shape the way society thinks—yet 66% of Americans still believe they are unbiased sources of information. In reality, women have been transforming the world for centuries, but too often their achievements are buried or minimized in search results. As a brand rooted in the power of transformation, Pantene set out to change that. Together, we created S.H.E.—a browser extension built to challenge bias in search and surface a more accurate, inclusive picture of women’s impact.
I developed the name, which doubled as bold headlines in full-page ads in USA Today. I also collaborated closely with the team to concept, refine, and pitch the idea to leadership in both the LA and New York offices.
